How do I get started?
Your first cardio kickboxing class is free! All you need to do is show up. Wear regular workout clothes and a comfortable pair of sneakers, and be sure to bring a towel and water.
Do I have to be in shape before I start?
No. Our certified instructors will work with you at your current level of fitness. If it's been a while since you worked out on a regular basis, you can tailor the moves and build slowly. If you're an athlete or regular exerciser, you can kick up the intensity of each move for a faster-paced, higher-impact workout.
Will this class teach me to defend myself?
While this is not a self-defense class, you can definitely use the moves you learnkicks, punches and strikesto defend yourself on the street.
How quickly will I see results?
